アカウントと関連データの削除

アプリを利用できる場合
アプリの「設定」→「公開者アカウントとデータを削除」から確認画面に進み、削除を確定してください。別の端末では、公開時に連携したAppleまたはGoogleアカウントで復元してから操作できます。
アプリを利用できない場合
次のリンクから削除申請メールを作成し、送信してください。メールアプリが開かない場合は、同じ宛先に直接ご連絡ください。
アカウント削除をメールで申請する

件名に「Wild Rolling Ball Carnival アカウント削除」、本文に削除を希望する旨と、作成者名・分かる範囲の公開ステージコードを記載してください。連携済みの場合は、可能であればそのメールアドレスからご連絡ください。本人確認に必要な情報をご案内します。パスワード・認証コード・身分証の画像を送らないでください。所有者を確認できない場合は、他の利用者のデータ保護のため削除できないことがあります。
削除される情報・残る情報
認証アカウント、作成者情報、関連する公開ステージ、アカウントに紐づくいいね・通報等のデータを削除します。公開アクセスを停止した後、サーバーで順次削除します。不正利用防止のため、削除済みアカウントのハッシュ化した識別記録や、個人IDを除去した監査記録等は、サービス運営中保持します（自動削除期限は設定していません）。サービス提供者の運用・セキュリティログは各提供者の保存方針に従います。
端末内のコースや進捗、他の利用者が既にダウンロードしたコピーは削除されません。公開データは復元できません。AppleやGoogleのアカウント自体は削除されません。公開ステージだけを削除したい場合は、マイステージの「公開停止」を利用してください。

In the app
Open Settings, choose the public-account deletion action and confirm. On a different device, first restore using the Apple or Google account linked when publishing.
Without the app
Request account deletion by email, or write directly to kamesan.app@gmail.com.
Use “Wild Rolling Ball Carnival account deletion” as the subject. State that you want your account deleted and include your author name and any known public stage codes. If possible, email from the address of the linked account. We will explain how to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or identity-document images. We may be unable to delete an account if ownership cannot be verified.
What is deleted or retained
We delete the authentication account, author profile, associated publications and account-linked likes, reports and related data. Public access is stopped first, followed by background cleanup. Hashed identifiers for deleted accounts and audit records with personal IDs removed are retained for abuse prevention while the service operates; no automatic deletion period is set for these records. Providers retain operational/security logs under their own policies.
This does not erase on-device courses/progress, copies already downloaded by others, or your Apple/Google account itself. Deleted publications cannot be restored. To remove only a publication, use unpublish in My Stages.
